Application
The oil skimmer Mini removes oil and liquid fat that swims in spots or as interrelated film upwards on oil-water-emulsions, waste water or service water.
Mode of operation
Oil and liquid fat cling to a special non-metallic strap. This is used for the continuous removal of oil that swims on water or aqueous emulsions. The endless synthetic conveyor belt droops perpendicularly from a slowly driven roll into the water you wish to clean. The lower loop of the belt, pinned down by a loose, moving roll, submerges. At the ascending part of the belt the oil film, adhering on both sides of the belt, is removed from the water surface and at the descending part it is stripped off into a oil channelling gutter by a draw roll.

Installation and Operation
The oil skimmer Mini is mounted directly on or to the container. The special non-metallic strap is applied to the drive. The draw roll is inserted and the device covered by the hood. Insert the hanging roll. The device is ready for operation. The length of the strap is determined by measure A.
